Currently serving as the Director of Client Success at Synergi since February 2021, Luisa previously held multiple roles at ADP, including Smart Compliance Consultant, where the focus was on maximizing ROI through Smart Compliance Solutions, as well as Compliance Supervisor and Account Manager/DY Project Manager. Earlier career accomplishments include the role of Director of Sales at White Lodging Services and Senior Sales Manager at Marriott International. Luisa holds a degree from Universidad ICESI.
