Helen Kopeck-Domingo, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in human resources. Helen began their career at Northern Pharmacy & Medical Equipment in 2003, where they held positions as a Call Center Manager and Facility DME Manager, as well as a Human Resources Manager. In 2012, they became the Director of Human Resources and Compliance Officer at the same company. From 2014 to 2018, they served as the Director of Human Resources, Operations, and Compliance Officer at Northern Pharmacy & Medical Equipment. In 2018, Helen joined Synergi as the Human Resources Manager and later became the Director of Human Resources. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Synergi. Throughout their career, Helen has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has been responsible for guiding HR operations and promoting company policies and values.
