Felicia Inneke Setiawan

Felicia Inneke Setiawan is currently working as the Lead Customer Experience Specialist at Synergie Skin since July 2021. Prior to this, Felicia held roles such as Lane team leader at CherryHill Orchards and Operations Officer at Boca Booth Kayu. In addition to their professional experience, Felicia also worked as a Private Tutor, teaching subjects such as Math, English, Science, and Social to students from kindergarten to senior high school. Felicia holds a degree in International Business Management with a focus on Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Technology and Systems with a specialization in Business Analytics at Victorian Institute of Technology (VIT).
