Jay Lambert, PMP, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles. At Synergistix, Inc., they served as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing product offerings, driving company growth, and developing leadership within the organization. Jay also held the position of Chief Compliance Officer, managing compliance programs and ensuring operational efficiencies. Lambert has also worked as the Managing Director of SampleIQ and the VP of Global Operations and Quality. Prior to their role at Synergistix, they worked at Siemens as a Software Development Manager and a Project Manager, where they led telecom software development teams and oversaw ISO certification processes. Lambert has strong skills in software development, project management, and compliance, making him a valuable asset to any organization.

Jay Lambert, PMP has an extensive education history. Jay obtained a Master's Certificate in IT Project Management from The George Washington University between 2003 and 2007. Prior to that, they completed an MBA at Nova Southeastern University from 2000 to 2003 with a focus on Business. In their earlier years, Jay earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago, which they completed from 1989 to 1992. Additionally, they hold a PMP certification, obtained from the Project Management Institute in August 2005.
