Chief Executive Officer at Synergo

Nate Pfefferkorn has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Nate is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Special Projects at Synergo. Prior to that, they owned Action Photo Systems, a company specializing in automated photo and video capture systems for outdoor activities. Nate also served as the Vice President of Strategy and Adventure at Mount Hermon Association, overseeing adventure experiences and business operations. Earlier in their career, Nate worked as the Director of Training and Construction at Synergo and held positions at The Salvation Army as the Outdoor Education and Adventure Director and Adventure Program Director.

Nate Pfefferkorn completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General at George Fox University from 1995 to 1999. Nate then pursued a Master of Science in Education (M.S.ed) degree in Outdoor Education at Southern Adventist University from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Nate Pfefferkorn has obtained additional certifications, including ACCT Challenge Course Manager and ACCT Level 2 from The Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT), as well as IMBA Level 2 from the International Mountain Bicycling Association.
