Gary Pollard

Gary Pollard has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Gary started their career as a Consultant at Pollard Human Resource Solutions Group, where they provided outsourced HR services to national and international clients. Their primary focus was on staffing and organizational development. Gary then moved on to Evergreen Solar, Inc. as a Vice President of Human Resources, where they developed and executed an HR strategy aligned with the company's global operational objectives. During their time at Evergreen Solar, they played a key role in building a 350-person manufacturing and R&D organization in China. Following this, they worked as a Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Asahi Kasei Pharma America, a biotechnology company. Currently, Gary holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Synergos Companies, where they contribute to the construction industry by integrating efficiency and reducing project cycle time.
