Brendan Fidock

Brendan Fidock is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Synergy, with a focus on process improvement and project management since September 2019. Prior roles at Synergy include Technical Services Manager and Acting Operations Manager, among others. Previously, Brendan worked at Western Power for over 13 years, holding positions such as Design Consultancy Manager and Engineering Team Leader, where responsibilities included managing teams, implementing Lean Six Sigma processes, and addressing power capacity issues. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Renewable Engineering from Murdoch University, along with a High School Certificate from John Wollaston.
