Kimberley Croning has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Kimberley started their career at Bankwest as a Teller/Sales Consultant/Assistant Manager from 2009 to 2013. Kimberley then transitioned into the role of HR Consultant at Bankwest, where they provided HR advisory services, streamlined payroll services, and implemented agile operating models from 2013 to 2018.
After Bankwest, Kimberley joined the Department of Finance as a Senior Human Resources Consultant, where they strengthened the organization's workforce through recruitment strategies, facilitated coaching and guidance on performance management, and established standard procedures from 2018 to 2020.
Currently, they are working at Synergy as a Remuneration Principal, leading and integrating a reward strategy into a cohesive Total Rewards structure. Kimberley has also been a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Synergy, supporting leadership teams with employee engagement, implementing human-centered design principles for organizational change, and facilitating coaching sessions for senior leaders from 2020 to present. Throughout their career, Kimberley Croning has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive positive change, enhance employee satisfaction, and align strategic decisions with organizational objectives.
Kimberley Croning completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Economics from Murdoch University in the years 2009 to 2015. Kimberley later pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Employment Relations with a focus on HR from Griffith University, which they completed in 2020. In addition to their academic accomplishments, Kimberley also obtained certifications, including Certified SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2021, ICP-AHR from ICAgile in an unspecified year, and Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid Australia in February 2021.
