Kellie Roocke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic analysis across multiple roles. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Synergy Group since March 2022, Kellie has previously held positions including Senior Manager and Change Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Kellie spent eight years at the Australian Department of Defence, where roles included Assistant Director and team lead for strategic analysis from March 2014 to March 2022, and an earlier position as an Analyst from February 2005 to December 2009. Academically, Kellie holds a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Science Laws (Hons) in Environmental Law from the University of Wollongong.
