J. Les White

J. Les White is currently the VP of Operations and Innovation at Synergy Adjusting Corporation. Prior to that, White had a distinguished military career with roles such as Colonel and Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army and Army National Guard. White also has experience in risk management, third-party administration, and program management with companies like The White Group, LLC and Maxson Young Associates, Inc. Additionally, White has a background in claims handling and investigation with companies like CNA Insurance and State Farm Insurance. White holds a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Studies from USAF Air War College.
