Isaac Young

Isaac Young is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including finance and SaaS. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Total Synergy since August 2024, Isaac previously held the position of GM of Engineering at Xero from May 2020 to April 2024, where responsibility included overseeing a large team and managing core small-business products. Prior experiences include leadership roles at Videosign Ltd as Chief Technology Officer, Commerzbank AG as Lead Quant Developer, and Rabobank as Engineering Manager.
