James Douglas

James Douglas is a Senior System Engineer with experience in providing level 2 support for EMC customer service engineers, creating and executing EMC solutions at customer sites, and performing installations and maintenance of EMC equipment. Prior to their current role, James worked as a Help Desk Tech at NMCI.
