Matt Ancona

Matt Ancona has a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore, a Master's degree in Experimental Psychology from Towson University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Currently working as the Vice President at Synergy since September 2021, Matt also serves as an Adjunct Faculty at Towson University, teaching courses in Behavioral Statistics, Research Methods, and Organizational Behavior. Prior to these roles, Matt has held various positions at organizations such as The Center for Organizational Excellence, Inc., Annie E. Casey Foundation, and Maryland Department of Juvenile Services.
