Cindy Randall

Cindy Randall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and talent acquisition, currently holding the position of Business Development Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager at Synergy Business Consulting, Inc. since August 2021. In addition, Cindy serves as a Co-Owner of OFFERDAHL'S, a role taken on in November 2020. Prior experience includes working as a Registered Dental Hygienist at Davie Family Dental from February 2012 to August 2021 and serving as an Adjunct Professor at Broward College between November 2012 and August 2014. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree from Christopher Newport University.
