John Kelley is the Managing Director and founder of Synergy Business Consulting, Inc., which has been offering technology staffing and consulting solutions to Fortune 1000 clients since 2001. Under John's leadership, the firm has developed partnerships with business, technology, and digital leaders to deliver flexible and cost-effective contingent workforce solutions. Prior to this role, John served as Business Development Manager at RCG Information Technology from 2002 to 2004, engaging with business executives on initiatives and strategies, and worked as an Account Manager at Maxim Group/Tek Systems from 1999 to 2001. John Kelley holds an educational background from Florida International University, where studies occurred from 1995 to 1997.
