Naimat Ullah Charo

Naimat Ullah Charo is a Human Resources Functional Consultant currently employed at Synergy Computers since April 2021, previously holding the position of Associate Functional Consultant in IFS-HCM. Prior experience includes an internship at Denimist in late 2020, a trainee role at SAITA (PAKISTAN) PTE. LTD. from February 2016 to February 2017, and a summer internship at The Citizens Foundation in 2015, where Naimat gained exposure to operations, human resources, and marketing functions. Naimat also interned at Pakistan State Oil in 2013, focusing on customer service analysis and marketing strategy development. Leadership experience includes serving as Chairman of the SEARCH Children Committee from 2008 to 2010 and as a member of the Regional Assembly for the Society for the Protection of the Rights of Children. Naimat holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology and a BBA in the same field from the same institution, along with prior educational qualifications in the sciences.
