Arpan Nalwaya

Arpan Nalwaya is a seasoned financial consultant and partner at Synergy Consulting Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing financial, analytical, project development, and project financing consulting services in the infrastructure sector across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Since joining the firm in June 2010, Arpan has led various assignments focusing on bid submission, private placement, business analysis, and debt restructuring while collaborating closely with clients and legal advisors. Prior experience includes roles at Synergy Consulting as Associate Director and Senior Associate, as well as an analyst position at Bank of America, where Arpan conducted in-depth financial analysis for M&A and capital market deals. Arpan holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, has participated in an exchange program at the Texas McCombs School of Business, and earned a BTech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
