Before joining Quantum Power Services, Raj was a Co-Founder of Oxara Energy Group from September 2006 to December 2013. Raj also served as a Director at Principle Investments in Renewable Energy from March 2005 to August 2006.
Raj has a strong background in origination and structured products, having worked as the Head of Western European Origination at RWE Supply & Trading GmbH from November 2002 to March 2005. Raj also held the position of Head of Structured Products at American Electric Power from September 2001 to October 2002.
In the early years of their career, Raj worked as an Associate at Enron Europe Ltd from May 2001 to September 2001. Raj also worked as a Manager at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting from 1999 to 2000.
Before transitioning into the energy industry, Raj was a Co-Founder of Risk Solutions, a technical risk management consultancy for the oil, gas, power, and insurance industries. Raj started the company in January 1996 and left in December 1999. Raj began their career as a Project Engineer at Halliburton from December 1993 to December 1995.
Raj Mann has an extensive education history. In 1985, they began their undergraduate studies at the University of Manchester, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. Raj completed their undergraduate studies in 1988. Following this, Mann enrolled at the same university for their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Engineering, which they pursued from 1989 to 1991. After their doctoral studies, they furthered their education by attending the London Business School from 2000 to 2001, obtaining a Master's degree in Finance, General.
