Serena Lloyd-Smith

Serena Lloyd-Smith is a seasoned professional in diversity and inclusion within the media industry, currently serving as the Director, Inclusion Business Partner at Warner Bros. Discovery since March 2025. Prior to this role, Serena held the position of Director, Impact & Inclusion at IMG from July 2023 to November 2024, and served as Global's first Head of Diversity and Inclusion from September 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included developing and implementing the D&I strategy company-wide. Serena’s earlier experience includes roles at BBC as a Diversity Specialist and Project Coordinator, along with positions at BBC Studios as a Talent Coordinator and Production Management Assistant. Serena holds a BA in Media Production & Performance from the University of Bedfordshire and A levels from St Francis Xavier Sixth Form College, featuring Media Studies, English Language and Literature, and General Studies.
