Diana Ong

Diana Ong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing operations within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Managing Director, APAC at Synergy Global Housing since December 2013, Diana also held the role of Global Solutions Centre Manager. Prior to this, Diana spent over five years at Oakwood Worldwide, where responsibilities included managing customer fulfillment, tenancy management, and team development, along with implementing process improvements. Earlier career roles include various positions at Mandarin Oriental Singapore and Evergreen Laurel Hotel Penang, where Diana developed expertise in reservations and guest services. Throughout the career, Diana has demonstrated strong leadership, operational management, and customer satisfaction skills across multiple regions.
