Tim Varughese

Tim Varughese is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and business management. Currently serving as President of Synergy Group of Companies since April 2018, Tim previously held the role of President at Synergy Projects Ltd from September 2014 to April 2018. Tim also contributed as a Board of Trustees Member for the Mental Health Foundation from June 2015 to June 2021, supporting the organization's mission to enhance the lives of individuals with mental illness and addiction. Tim's earlier career includes managerial positions at Ledcor, Willbros, and Digital Time Capture. Tim holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting, Finance, and Economics from the University of Alberta, earned between 2002 and 2006.
