Rand Schleusener

Rand Schleusener began their work experience as an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon at Black Hills Orthopedic and Spine Surgery in 1997. Rand held this role until 2017. In 2012, they joined Synergy Surgicalists, Inc. as the Chief Surgical Officer, where they worked until 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Surgical Officer Emeritus at Synergy Health Partners.

Rand Schleusener attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Life Sciences. Rand also studied at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. However, no specific degree or field of study is provided for their time at the Medical Center.
