Louwana Ball, CFE, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and educational management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Synergy HomeCare Franchising, LLC since July 2022 and as the Founder & CEO of empowLouwana's business LLC since January 2020, Louwana showcases a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Prior to these roles, Louwana held various leadership positions at Regis Corporation, overseeing operational excellence and franchise operations, and at Education Corporation of America, managing multiple campuses and leading significant revenue activities. Louwana's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Adult Education/Instructional Technology from the University of Phoenix, a Business Administration degree from Johnson C. Smith University, and cosmetology credentials from Dudley Beauty College.
