Nicole Wilson

Nicole Wilson, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Synergy HomeCare Franchising, LLC, where responsibilities include developing comprehensive processes in various aspects of business operations such as financial management and quality assurance. In addition, Nicole has been a Business Consultant at Phase One Consulting since March 2015, specializing in advising small medical practices on operations and financial improvement. Previously, Nicole was the Business Owner of College Nannies, Sitters and Tutors, successfully growing the franchise from startup to over $1 million in revenue. As the Executive Director at Coronado Healthcare Center, Nicole managed a skilled nursing facility's operations and a large team. Initial experience includes roles as a Case Manager at Scottsdale Healthcare and as the Head Coach for a high school cheerleading team, achieving state and national recognition. Nicole holds a Master of Business focusing on Health Sector Management, a Master of Social Work, and a Bachelor of Social Work, all from Arizona State University.
