Tilly Flack is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in account management and project coordination, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Synergy Medical Communications since March 2021. Prior to this role, Tilly worked at EMJ as a Project Manager specializing in dermatology and diabetes from September 2019 to March 2021. Tilly gained foundational experience as a Graduate Intern at The Redstart Learning Partnership, where exploration of Multi Academy Trust operations and governance took place from September 2017 to May 2019. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Mentor at National Citizen Service, focusing on curriculum facilitation and pastoral care, and providing central support at Create Development. Tilly completed a Bachelor's degree in Geography at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2014 to 2017, which complements a professional internship at BBC Media Action in August 2015.
