Alyssa Bird

Alyssa Bird is an experienced professional with a strong background in administrative and document management roles. Currently serving as a Document Controller and previously as an Administrative Assistant at Synergy Projects Ltd. since June 2021, Alyssa has honed skills in organizational communication and client support. Prior to this, Alyssa worked as an Administrative Assistant at Capital Plumbing & Heating from August 2017 to June 2021 and as an Installation Coordinator at Wood & Energy Store from January 2014 to July 2017, where responsibilities included liaising with customers, managing complaints, processing orders, and addressing billing inquiries. Alyssa holds a Diploma from Victoria School of the Performing Arts, attained between 2005 and 2008.
