Rick Soloway

Rick Soloway has held various roles in the field of human resources throughout their career. Rick began as an Employment Manager at Queensborough Public Library in 1996 and transitioned to the role of Director of Human Resources at YWCA of Greater Miami-Dade, Inc. in 1999. In 2004, they joined Hollywood Medical Center as the Director of Human Resources before moving on to Scott Holdings as the Senior Director of Human Resources in 2006. From 2007 to 2012, Soloway served as the Owner/Vice President of SOLUTIONS Insurance Services, where they oversaw all contracted HR services. Rick then worked as the Director of Human Resources at the YMCA of South Florida from 2012 to 2017. Currently, Soloway is serving as the Director of People & Culture at Synergy Settlement Services since June 2018.

Rick Soloway pursued a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Temple University between 1983 and 1987. Subsequently, they studied at Saint Joseph's University from 1992 to 1994, where they successfully obtained a Masters of Arts degree in Education.
