Rodd Santomauro has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rodd started their career as a Law Clerk at Parrish and Fredericksen, P.A. in 1998 before joining ALPIZAR LAW, LLC as a Law Clerk in 2001. In the same year, they also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Everest University (formerly known as Florida Metropolitan University).
In 2003, Santomauro became a Partner at The Law Office of Camfield and Santomauro, where they co-managed the firm, handled cases, and supervised staff members until 2008. Rodd then worked as an Associate at Bogin, Munns, and Munns, P.A. from 2008 to 2009, where they led business development efforts and negotiated medical liens on behalf of clients.
From 2009 to 2010, Santomauro served as an Associate at Nash and Associates, LLC, where they brought a unique perspective to the firm's cases and increased the firm's marketing capabilities. Rodd also worked on several medical malpractice cases and increased traffic to the firm's website through blogging.
In 2010, Santomauro became the CEO/Executive Director of HALT, a national legal non-profit organization. Rodd led the organization's advocacy, finance, operations, and marketing efforts, and drafted documents for legal reform issues.
From 2013, Santomauro joined Synergy Settlement Services, initially as a Legal Consultant and later as the Top Sales Leader and Vice President of Strategic Development. Rodd was responsible for coordinating and leading business development efforts and ensuring profitable growth of the company. In 2014, they took on the role of Chief Business Development Officer, where they collaborated with the President and CEO to develop corporate sales and business development strategies. From 2016, they worked as the Chief Operations Officer, overseeing strategic and operational functions of the company.
Throughout their career, Santomauro has also been involved in various organizations and leadership roles. Rodd served on the Board of Directors of the Florida Justice Association from 1998 to 2010, acted as a liaison to hundreds of attorneys, and drafted legislation. Rodd was also a member of the Brevard County Bar Association's Board of Directors from 2005 to 2009, where they led fundraising efforts and coordinated legal education events.

Rodd Santomauro obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in 1992 to 1993. Rodd then participated in the Pre-Law Honors Program at Barry University from 1989 to 1991. Following this, Santomauro pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at the Barry University of Orlando School of Law from 1995 to 2000 and later at the Barry University - Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law from 2002 to 2004.
In addition to their formal education, Santomauro obtained various law licenses and certifications. These include the Florida Bar Law License from the Florida Supreme Court in April 2005, the Middle District of Florida Law License from the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida in November 2005, the DC Bar Law License from the Superior Court of the District of Columbia in March 2011, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia Law License from the United States District Court for the Southern District of Columbia in September 2011, and the United States Supreme Court Law License from the Supreme Court of the United States in November 2011.
