Paolo Gilfillan

Paolo Gilfillan currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Synerion, where the focus is on achieving organizational success and prosperity. Prior to this role, Paolo held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing, overseeing North American sales initiatives, marketing strategies, and general business management. Additionally, Paolo is an Advisory Board Member at Seneca College, contributing expertise on software industry trends to shape relevant curriculum within the School of Computer Studies. Previously, Paolo served on the advisory board for HR.com's Canadian Masters in HR Strategy and Execution program and held various sales management roles at TimeTECH.
