Hélène Pardessus

Hélène Pardessus has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hélène is currently working at Synerlink as the Human Resources Director, a role they started in October 2023. Prior to that, they were the HR Development Leader at Synerlink from March 2022 to September 2023.

Before joining Synerlink, Hélène worked at Kohler Co. where they held various roles. Hélène was the Responsable Ressources Humaines - SDMO Industries from July 2021 to February 2022, responsible for HR strategy and optimization of the structure. Hélène also worked as the Chef de projet RH Fusion-Absorption + Responsable Ressources Humaines - B.E.S. from July 2020 to June 2021, managing the Fusion-Absorption of the B.E.S. subsidiary. Hélène was also the Responsable Ressources Humaines - B.E.S. from May 2017 to June 2021.

Earlier in their career, they worked at SPIE as the Responsable Ressources Humaines - SPIE Nucléaire from August 2014 to January 2017, where they handled HR responsibilities for the EPR project. Hélène also worked as the Chargée de Développement RH - SPIE Sud-Ouest from December 2013 to July 2014.

Hélène started their career at Auchan, where they held the role of Chef de caisse - Chargée RH from January 2011 to November 2013. Hélène also worked as a Chef de rayon from October 2009 to December 2010.

Prior to Auchan, Hélène worked at Danone Research as the Manager Formation et Conduite du Changement from September 2007 to June 2009. Hélène also worked as a Technicienne Formulation Prospective at Clarins from January 2007 to August 2007.

Hélène Pardessus completed their education at various institutions. From 2003 to 2007, they attended Polytech Montpellier and earned a degree in Engineering with a focus on Sciences et Technologies des Industries Alimentaires. In 2006-2007, they went to AgroParisTech, where they obtained a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Agroalimentaire option Formulation Cosmétique. Finally, in 2013-2014, they studied at TBS Education and received a Mastère spécialisé in Relations et Ressources Humaines.
