Michelle Muscara

Michelle Muscara is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in quality and safety management systems. At Synertec since July 2006, Michelle has held roles as Project Management Team Manager, HSEQ Manager/Senior Project Engineer, and Quality Manager/Senior Project Engineer, focusing on ISO9001 and ISO45001 management systems. Prior experience at AquaMax Pty Ltd from April 2003 to June 2006 as a Project Engineer involved hands-on engineering tasks, including designing and implementing test rigs for water heater performance and enhancing testing capabilities. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical from Monash University and a Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety from Swinburne University of Technology.
