Nick Wotherspoon

Nick Wotherspoon is an accomplished electrical engineer with extensive experience in leading engineering teams, product design, and project management. Currently serving as the Lead Electrical Engineer at Synertec since November 2022, Nick previously excelled at Trelleborg Marine Systems as a Senior Electrical Engineer and Upgrades Manager, where responsibilities included product design, functional description development, and technical leadership. Nick’s career also includes roles at Summit Automation, Visy Automation, and Consoft Automation, showcasing a strong background in control systems, PLC programming, and factory testing across both domestic and international projects. Nick holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from RMIT and has contributed to the development of standard electrical drafting processes and successful project completions throughout the career.
