Samantha Carroll

Samantha Carroll is an experienced professional in the fields of culture, communication, and marketing with a career spanning from July 1999 to the present. Currently serving as the Head of Culture and Communication at Synertec since October 2013, Samantha has previously held roles such as People, Culture and Communication Lead and Marketing Consultant at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Marketing and Communication Manager at CSIRO from March 2007 to October 2013 and as Commercial Manager at CSIRO from July 1999 to June 2003. Samantha's educational background includes a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Swinburne University of Technology and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business and Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from RMIT University. Samantha also completed Leadership Beyond the Theory in 2022.
