Kurt Murphy is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing information technology systems and departments across various organizations. Currently serving as the Information Technology Lead at Synertex LLC since September 2019, Kurt has held significant leadership roles including Principal Consultant at IT Enterprise Consulting, overseeing system maintenance and troubleshooting, and IT Manager at Eagle Ray, Inc., where responsibilities included managing an IT department and adhering to federal security protocols. Previously, Kurt served as Director of Information Technology at L-3/STRATIS, managing IT for a large organization and developing IT budgets, disaster recovery plans, and encryption policies. With a strong foundation in project management and technical support roles dating back to 1995, Kurt has consistently demonstrated expertise in IT operations, budgeting, team leadership, and security compliance.
