Dr. Dominik Schmelcher

Dr. Dominik Schmelcher's work experience includes roles at Synertrade, where they worked from 2013 to the present. Dr. Dominik'sroles at Synertrade include serving as a Senior Consultant Business Intelligence from July 2013 to June 2015, then as a Manager Business Intelligence from July 2015 to June 2018, and finally as the Director of Global Business Intelligence from July 2018 onwards. Prior to their time at Synertrade, Dr. Schmelcher worked as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Technische Universität München's Institut für Medizinische Informatik, Statistik und Epidemiologie from October 2008 to March 2013. In addition, they had research stays at both the University of Utah's Department of Biomedical Informatics and Intermountain Healthcare in October and November 2009.

Dr. Dominik Schmelcher obtained their Dr. rer. nat. degree in Informatik, Medizinische Informatik from the Technical University of Munich. Prior to that, they completed their Diplom-Informatiker (Univ.) degree in Informatik from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Additionally, they pursued studies in Jurastudium, allgemein at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München for a year.
