Petr Minchenko has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Petr began their career as a Credit Consultant, where they excelled in sales and built relationships with clients. Petr then progressed to become a Regional Representative, where they maintained partnerships with major retail chains and achieved high sales in the region. Petr later took on the role of Senior Regional Representative and successfully strengthened the bank's competitive position in the Kyiv region. Petr then became the Head of the Kyiv Region Division, where they were responsible for developing sales strategies and building partnerships with retail chains for consumer loans. Petr also played a key role in implementing NPS (Net Promoter Score) into the bank's employees' motivation system and implementing customer loyalty retention programs. Petr's next career move was as the Head of Client Service Quality at Ukrsibbank BNP Paribas Group, where they focused on improving customer experience and maintaining high service quality in the bank's branches. Finally, Petr worked as the Customer Experience Lead at METRO Ukraine, where they were responsible for improving customer experience across their shopping centers and coordinating contact center work. Petr achieved significant accomplishments during their tenure, including achieving the 2nd position in terms of NPS Score among top FMCG competitors. Currently, Petr Minchenko is working as the Head of Customer Experience at Synevo Ukraine.
Petr Minchenko obtained their Master's degree in Enterprise Economics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Petr completed their studies at this institution from 2005 to 2011.
