Tom Wilmanns

Tom Wilmanns is an experienced operations excellence consultant and entrepreneur, currently serving as Founder and Principal at More Solutions since December 2016. With a diverse background, Tom has held significant roles including Executive Advisor at SynFiny Advisors and Vice President of Technology and Operations at MIndALT.co. Prior experience includes fractional COO at Punch House Productions, Chief Operating Officer at Kolar Design, and Owner/COO of Elements Massage®. Tom also served as Senior Manager at EY, Vice President at St. Bernard Soap Company, and held multiple senior roles at Novartis and Procter & Gamble, where expertise in supply chain performance improvement, operational efficiency, and product development were demonstrated. Tom holds a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University and The University of Texas at Austin, respectively.
