Raman Balamurali

Raman Balamurali serves as the Head of Chemistry Operations at Syngene International Limited since December 2022, where key responsibilities include overseeing Chemistry services for drug discovery and development, achieving a 25% increase in the productivity of the discovery team. Previously, Raman held the position of Associate Vice President at Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services Limited, managing a medicinal chemistry team and developing a lipid-based nanoparticle monomer synthesis unit. Raman also led Chemistry Services and Operations at LAXAI Life Sciences, ensuring resource optimization for high productivity.
