Sridevi Bashyam

Sridevi Bashyam is a Senior Director at Syngene International Limited, leading Research Operations for Discovery Services since January 2005. In this role, Sridevi partners with multiple departments to establish strategic plans and ensure the delivery of business objectives. Prior to this, Sridevi served as Deputy Research Director and Associate Research Director, overseeing lab operations and implementing standards for safety and compliance in Discovery Chemistry. Sridevi's extensive experience in managing projects, mentoring teams, and collaborating with key stakeholders includes successful client engagements resulting in significant publications. Sridevi holds a PhD in Bioorganic Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Master of Science from Pondicherry University.
