Cheryl Quain

Cheryl Quain serves as the Global Head of Risk and Compliance at Syngenta Group since July 2021. Prior to this role, Cheryl has held various positions at Syngenta since March 2019, including Deputy Regional Counsel and Head Corporate Legal and Regional Compliance Officer for North America. From November 1998 to December 2018, Cheryl also served as the North America General Counsel ad interim and held responsibilities across the North American Corporate Legal function. Earlier in career, Cheryl provided legal counsel in commercial transactions and corporate governance. Cheryl began in the legal field as an Associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP from June 1993 to November 1997. Cheryl holds a Doctor of Law degree from Temple University and a Bachelor's degree in English/Communications from Albright College.
