Gino De Witte is an experienced leader in the agricultural sector with a robust background in supply chain management and production operations. Currently serving as the Regional Director AMEA Seeds Field Crops at Syngenta Group since February 2020, Gino oversees production and supply chain activities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior to this role, Gino held significant positions at Bayer, including Head of Supply Chain EMEA and Regional Business Director for South and Central East Europe. Gino's career began at Monsanto Company, where over 22 years, various leadership roles were held, including Regional Business Director for both South & Central East Europe and North Europe, and several manufacturing and supply chain positions. Gino holds a Master of Science in Electromechanical Engineering.
