Laura Nogueira de Diego

Laura Nogueira de Diego has extensive experience in human resources, primarily at Syngenta Group from February 2018 to July 2025, where roles included HR Chief of Staff, HR Effectiveness Lead, and Global HR Business Partner for Research & Development. Previous positions within Syngenta CP involved serving as Global Head of People and Organization Development, Global Head of Talent Acquisition, and Global HR BP Head for Vegetables and Flowers Business Unit. Prior to Syngenta, Laura worked at Oracle from December 2005 to February 2013 as EMEA Senior HR Business Partner and Organization and Talent Development Senior Consultant. Earlier experience includes a role as Manager for Training and Development Solutions at Grupo Actúa from January 2003 to November 2005. Laura holds a PDD in Management from IESE Business School and completed Executive Training as an Advanced HR Business Partner at Henley Business School.
