Laure Roberts

Laure Roberts has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over three decades in various leadership roles. Currently retired, Laure served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Syngenta Group from July 2020 and has held multiple HR leadership positions at Syngenta from January 2011 to June 2020, including Head of Global HR Business Partners and Head of Human Resources for the EAME region. Prior to Syngenta, Laure was with Air Products from 1995 to 2010, where responsibilities included VP of Human Resources for Europe and the Middle East. Earlier in career, Laure served as HR Manager at Valeo and held various HR roles within Air Products. Laure's educational background includes MBA degrees from both ESCP Business School and Aston University.
