Syed Navaid Ali

Syed Navaid Ali has extensive experience in supply chain and logistics operations, currently serving as the Supply Chain Operations Team Lead for the Syngenta Group since October 2007, overseeing operations in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, and the Caucasus. With a strong background in transport and warehousing management, Syed has developed and implemented compliance measures for the logistics of hazardous materials and has conceptualized policies to enhance safety and operational efficiency. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Logistics & Customer Services, where major cost savings were achieved through network redesign, and Production Manager, leading a site team to manage a substantial business unit. Syed holds a Master of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by additional qualifications in supply professionalism.
