Bruce Rush

Bruce Rush is an experienced professional in the field of compensation and rewards, currently serving as the Head of Rewards North America at Syngenta. Prior to this role, Bruce held key positions such as Senior Director of Compensation at LabCorp, Executive Director of Total Rewards at Indiana University Health, and Director of Compensation & Benefits at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group. Bruce also contributed to Taco Bell Corporation as Total Rewards Leader and Director and as Senior Manager of Compensation. Bruce earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Science from the University of Louisville between 1985 and 1990.
