Judith Rivera currently serves as the Global Double Haploids Technology and Operations Head at Syngenta, responsible for developing and managing a global technology strategy that supports plant breeding sites and drives cost reduction, value creation, and product quality improvements. Previously, Judith held the position of Trait Conversion Accelerator Lead-US at Syngenta, where a centralized and automated trait integration program was spearheaded. At Corteva Agriscience, Judith functioned as the Hawaii Research & Development Lead, overseeing R&D seed production and trait integration across multiple sites. Judith's career began at DuPont Pioneer, where roles included Research Center Manager and Research Scientist in Agronomy, leading efforts in nursery seed production and agronomy practices. Judith holds a Master of Science in Soil Science and Agronomy and a Bachelor of Science in General Agriculture from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Colorado Technical University.
