Khwaja Abbas

Khwaja Abbas is currently serving as the Field Crops Production & Supply Lead for India and Bangladesh at Syngenta since January 2024. Prior to this role, Khwaja worked at Corteva Agriscience from June 2017 to December 2023 as Field Manager for Corn, managing a team of 22 members and overseeing a substantial operational footprint that included 5800 growers and 145 Field Assistants. Khwaja's extensive experience in agricultural production spans over two decades, including significant positions at DuPont Pioneer from 1999 to 2017, where notable achievements included leading a rice production team, improving seed yields and establishing new production territories. Khwaja holds a Master's degree in Agriculture with a specialization in Entomology and a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from SV Agricultural College, Tirupati.
