Lance Wang

Lance Wang serves as the President of Syngenta Group China Seed since February 2020, overseeing all aspects of seed operations. Prior to this role, Lance held leadership positions at Bayer as Asia Pacific Crop Management Head and at Monsanto Company, where responsibilities included Vice President for ASEAN, Pakistan & Partnerships, and General Manager of a pioneering corn seed joint venture in China. With extensive experience in the agricultural sector, Lance's career at Monsanto spanned from 1994 to 2019, encompassing roles such as Country Manager for China and Director of Strategy for the Asia Pacific Region. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Business from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Tianjin University of Technology.
