Laura Harder

Laura Harder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and agricultural operations. Currently serving as Head NA Supply Chain and Head Global Parent Seeds at Syngenta since December 2018, Laura Harder has also held the role of Global Planning Manager. As the owner of Harder Land & Cattle since January 2003, Laura Harder manages a row crop operation specializing in corn and soybeans while also contributing as an agronomist, accountant, and operator. Prior experience includes a tenure at DuPont Pioneer from October 2003 to December 2018, where Laura Harder advanced through various roles, including Global Commercial Volume Planner and Supply Planning Senior Analyst for Parent Corn, focusing on supply planning and volume management. Laura Harder holds a BS in Agricultural Business with a minor in Agronomy from Iowa State University, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
