Mike Kerby

Mike Kerby is a Production Engineer at Syngenta since August 2023, following their role as Process Engineer II at Arclin from March 2021 to August 2023. During tenure at Arclin, Mike Kerby optimized a dual-reactor continuous formaldehyde plant, managed process alarms, and acted as the site expert for the Management of Change (MOC) process.
